Karen Wylie - The Well Body Group

Karen Wylie has been a leading proponent of aging well by incorporating a holistic approach to health and wellness that connects the body, mind, and spirit. Karen completed her Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) studies at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2012. along with decades of self-study around Aromatherapy and essential oils. In 2020, Karen completed her further studies and became a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT) & Aromatherapist. Registered with Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC), Karen specializes in facial therapies in order to help with tension, relaxation, circulation, and optimal body function. She also brings together leading non-surgical techniques from around the world to support authentic beauty and a pro-aging philosophy.
